Prof. Dr. Carolin Bock and Prof. Dr. Alexander Kock organized the conference for the German-speaking community of passionate researchers and practitioners of the areas of entrepreneurship and innovation management. The community came together under this year’s conference topic “The Power of Resilience for Innovation and Entrepreneurship” and held thought-provoking presentations of latest research on entrepreneurship, innovation, and SMEs. Vice President for Innovation and International Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thomas Walther, welcomed the researchers warmly and Prof. Sophie Bacq gave inspirational insights on “Civic Wealth Creation as a Path to Resilience”. Prof. Dr. Marc Gruber presented in his insightful speech “The many faces of resilience” how Barbie, Taylor Swift, and Olaf Scholz view resilience and what managers need to do to become better prepared for crises. The conference was a great success for connecting entrepreneurship and innovation management researchers and forward thinkers to exchange their knowledge.
