Syrine Adala is a PhD Candidate at the Chair of Entrepreneurship. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she coordinates knowledge and technology transfer activities within emergenCITY. These include organizing workshops that connect researchers with the business community. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial resilience, particularly on how entrepreneurs can navigate crises and emerge stronger by turning adversity into opportunity. Syrine holds a background in industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering. She also gained practical experience in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries, working on quality management, operational excellence, and analytics-driven process optimization.
